If you spend even five minutes looking into what he’s saying, it becomes radically apparent that he doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about. Not because he’s an idiot, he knows what he’s doing. He’s a Harvard Lawyer, and while that’s an appeal to authority it’s one arguing in his favor so I imagine he’d let it pass. No, he knows exactly what he’s doing. His job, the thing that pays his bills, is to convince conservatives that they are right.
And he is famous for saying a thing is true, and then acting like it proves a point that it doesn’t. He fires off nonsequiturs like machine-gun tracers to keep his opponents off-balance, without ever doing the work of proving why it’s correlated to the topic at hand. Exactly. If you watch enough of his content, he reuses the same information every time. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it gives the impression his only plan is to give that information and make you concede to him.
